You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Time & Delivery

Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days across India depending on your location. Remote areas may take additional time for delivery.
Delivery timelines are only estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on orders above a certain value (example: ₹800).
For orders below this value, a standard shipping fee will be charged and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking ID and courier partner details.
You can track your shipment on the courier’s website/app.

Packaging & Quality Assurance

All products are carefully packed to ensure freshness and avoid damage during transit.
If your package appears tampered with, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

Delays & Exceptions

YuVan is not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, or courier issues beyond our control.
We do not ship on Sundays or national holidays.

International Shipping

Currently, YuVan Food Products ships only within India. (International shipping may be introduced in the future.)
